Truth is … the positive solution to almost every problem includes THINKING PROPERLY …. Visualizing the positive result is the beginning of most things.

Turns out this is the first reminder lesson of my embarking on this new chemotherapy journey.

Visualizing and experiencing mentally the food I would want to eat if I wanted to eat has indeed encouraged ACTUAL EATING …. pretty POSITIVE!  ( I keep visualizing Steak and Lobster )
